By Agreeing to the T&C of Usage You Agree to be contacted through various communication modes like Telecall, SMS, email, Whatsapp or any other for your booking, appointment schedule, test reports, invoices or any other services related information for and on behalf of Max Lab Limited.
Services : Max Lab Limited offers diagnostic pathology services to Users, including but not limited to collection of samples, conducting tests and generating test reports (“Services”) through various modes/channels like website, collection centres, tele-calling, home-collection, Partners, third-party websites/applications. Your transactions with the Max Lab Limited through any of the aforesaid modes shall be governed by these T&C.
Max Lab Limited shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond the reasonable control of Max Lab Limited, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic or communications failure. You shall be solely responsible for any type of inconvenience suffered by You due to late show-up, rescheduling, or cancellation of confirmed appointments, differences in the fee charged, and other allied difficulties. Max Lab Limited and its Directors, employees, doctors shall not be responsible and liable for any claim, damages, compensation by whatsoever name called, arising from any claim, complaint or litigation filed by any patients/clients except in the event of a deliberate act or omission of its staff or personnel leading to a defect in the investigation/report/test carried out by it. Liability of Max Lab Limited in any case shall be limited to only an amount equivalent to the payment made by patient/client towards such test(s).
By visiting the website of Max Lab Limited or use it to send emails/SMS, provide information or communicate to us, you understand and explicitly agree that you are communicating with us through electronic modes. You hereby provide your explicit consent to receive communications via electronic modes from us periodically or as and when required. Further, you allow us to communicate with you through WhatsApp, email or by such other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise as the need may be.
